Applicant grants permission to ALVIN M. LEVIN & SON INC. to obtain, and will pay the cost of, a credit investigation amounting to $50.00, including retail, rental, background, and employment information.

By signing this contract and tendering the first month's rent, applicant understands that this sum shall immediately be deposited into an escrow account, and agres that no money will be refunded by ALVIN M. LEVIN & SON INC. in event applicant does not accept property after credit application has been approved.

The last month's rent and one month's rent as security deposit shall be paid at the time of signing the Lease.
