Submitting a Confidential Rental Application is quick and easy with just two steps:

  

NOTE: In order to reserve your rental unit, both the Confidential Rental Application and full deposit are required.

 Once received, we will advise you of your application's progress.

 

You may also submit a paper application, together with a personal check or money order at our office by requesting an appointment by clicking here.

Fee

To make the online payment of the full deposit, which includes the first month's rent and a $50 application fee for each resident, please click the payment button below.

Surety Application

If you require a co-signer, please click the below surety application button to fill out and return.

It is agreed by the undersigned that:

  1. Applicant grants permission to ALVIN M. LEVIN & SON INC. to obtain, and will pay the cost of, a credit investigation amounting to $50.00, including retail, rental, background, and employment information.

  2. By signing this contract and tendering the first month's rent, applicant understands that this sum shall immediately be deposited into an escrow account, and agres that no money will be refunded by ALVIN M. LEVIN & SON INC. in event applicant does not accept property after credit application has been approved.

  3. The last month's rent and one month's rent as security deposit shall be paid at the time of signing the Lease.

  4. The information provided is true and accurate, and that Applicant's acceptance for this property is based upon confirmation of the information supplied herein, or obtained during the credit process.  ALVIN M.
