APPLICATION PROCESS 
Making application for a rental unit is easy! All it requires is a deposit of the first month's rent and an application fee of $50 per person, at the time of completing the application form. A last month's rent and a one-month rent security deposit are due at the time of lease signing.

PET POLICY 
Our leases state a no-pet policy, however, upon request, we will provide a (1) cat per unit waiver. Ask our rental staff for more information. Dogs are only permitted in single-family properties, at (1) per unit.

UTILITY EXPENSES 
Payment of utilities varies from property to property. Some have all the utilities included (natural gas, electricity, air conditioning, heat, etc.), while another may require residents to pay gas, electric, trash removal, and water, or any combination of these. Our management staff will provide you with specifics about the unit you select.

MAINTENANCE/EMERGENCY SERVICES 
Alvin M. Levin & Son Inc. is a full-service management company. We pride ourselves on prompt and professional service, maintaining superior condition in our properties. In addition, our emergency contact is on-call for true emergencies and for circumstances such as lock-outs (fee applies). For police, fires, natural gas leaks and other emergencies, dial 911 or call PGW (for gas emergencies).
